Delete your account

You can delete your Neopillar account, and everything in it, yourself at any time.

  1. Open Neopillar and tap the menu button at the top right of the home screen.
  2. Scroll to Account and tap your name.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and it's done.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in, profile, pillars and golden thread, ideas, outlines, scripts, captions, answers, voice profile, goals, series, platform connections and any feedback screenshots. It happens immediately and can't be undone. Routine backups held by our database provider roll off within about 30 days.

Videos you filmed are on your own phone, not with us, so they're untouched.

Can't get into the app?

Email [contact email to be added] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
