Terms of use

Last updated 21 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [legal name to be added], who runs Neopillar ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. They're written to be read.

Your content is yours

You own everything you put into Neopillar and everything it drafts for you: your ideas, your golden thread, your scripts, your videos. We claim no rights over it. You give us permission to store and process it only so the app can do its job for you, as described in the privacy policy.

What the AI writes

Neopillar uses AI to draft and suggest. Drafts can be inaccurate, and they are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You decide what to publish and you're responsible for it, including that it's true, that it's yours to use, and that it follows the rules of the platform you post it on and any advertising rules that apply to you (for example, labelling paid partnerships).

Using it fairly

Connected platforms

If you connect YouTube or TikTok, we only ever read your own account's data through their official, approved routes. We never post or act on your behalf. Your use of those platforms stays subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

A service in testing

Neopillar is currently in testing and provided as it is. Features may change, and there may be faults or downtime. We look after your data carefully, but please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. During testing the app is free; if we introduce paid plans we'll tell you clearly beforehand, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it.

Ending things

You can stop using Neopillar and delete your account at any time from inside the app (how). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for anything that can't legally be limited. Beyond that, we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, for business losses (such as lost income, views or followers), or for decisions a platform makes about your content or account.

The small print

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we update them in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first. Questions: [contact email to be added].
